We Will Replace Most Defective items automatically. PCI satellite cards are warrantied  from date of purchase for one year.

After 30 Days, some products will need to be returned to our supplier (s) for inspection before issuing a replacement or credit. Returns for Replacement must include all product and literature in original packaging.

If our Supplier determines that item is NOT defective, the return will not be accepted and a handling fee will be charged.

Defective Product Returned for Credit:
We Will issue a credit for most defective items within 10 days of Invoice date.

Returns for credit must include all product and literature in Original packaging.

We will issue a credit (Less shipping and handling fee) upon receipt and inspection of the product. If an item is NOT defective, the return will not be accepted and a handling fee will be charged.

Notes: Nondefective items that have been opened or have a broken seal may not be returned for credit or replacement.

We are not liable for cases where you connect a PCI satellite card while your PC is on. You must always turn off your PC before attempting to reconnect your LNB feed (s) to your PCI satellite card.

We are not liable if you order the wrong product. We do our best to provide complete, accurate description about all items we sell.

In some cases a manufacturer's return policy will supersede ours. In these cases you must handle any defective replacement or returns directly with the manufacturer.

Keep all packing material and literature in the event a return is necessary.
