Shipping varies according to the items, and the number of orders you order. Sometimes, you may be eligible for a discount on shipping cost when ordering multiple items in one single order.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days by CANADA EXPRESS POST or USPS PRIORITY POST and tracking # provided.  

Orders from the web site already include GST. For orders within Ontario, the Ontario provincial sales tax will need to be added. We will contact you if this is the case.

When shipping and returning products back to DVBCANADA, (defective or otherwise) you must use a reputable and traceable carrier such as Canada Post, USPS, FedEx or UPS. ALL products must be insured for the amount that the product is worth as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged .
